(In-)Compatible? Digitalization as an opportunity for care and social affairs

Panel discussion

UNTIL

ERSTE Foundation aims to empower people who actively address the social challenges of our time. A major challenge, but also an opportunity, is digitalization in the areas of care and social affairs.

Funding programs should also enable innovations which could bridge labor shortages, increase efficiency or reach special target groups. However, for various reasons, many initiatives do not make it into regular operations.

In the discussion “(In)compatible? Digitalization as an opportunity for care and social affairs” experts will look for answers to the following questions together:

  • What potential does digitalization really have here? And where are their limits?
  • How can digitalization be used and implemented correctly?
  • What opportunities does it hold for us as a society, how can we realize them?
  • And who does it take so that we as a society can use digitalization well and safely?

Panelists:

  • Anna Parr, Chairwoman of Bundesarbeitsgemeinschaft Freie Wohlfahrt
  • Christine Bachler, MBA, Platform Evolution Lead, Erste Group
  • Markus Golla, Head of the Institute for Nursing Science, IMC Krems
  • Klemens Himpele, CIO, Stadt Wien

Moderation by Antonia Rinesch, Head of Communications & Events at Trending Topics.
