What Europe Means Today—and How We Shape Tomorrow
In this third and final part of the Europe’s Futures video series, journalist Ivana Dragičević brings together voices and perspectives to explore a fundamental question: What is Europe—and what should it become?
From confronting global challenges and reflecting on the scars of war to empowering the next generation, these conversations delve into Europe’s identity, resilience and the choices that will shape its future.
What is Europe for you?
In times of global turmoil, Europe is faced with a multifaceted layer of challenges. To confront them, we need to find motivation within ourselves and ask: What does Europe mean to us?
Europe from war to war
Two Europe’s Futures Fellows, Hannah Shelest and Ivana Dragičević, from two shores of European seas, one that is now in war, in Ukraine, and the other that experienced the European war before this, in Croatia, discuss the personal presence to broader historical, political, and cultural narratives, linking the past and future of Europe.
Future on Futures
EFI wants to focus on our futures. And there is no futures without the future talking about it. We meet three young Europeans, Kaltrina Stajku, Michaela Kuliskova and Leander Klinger. They talk about key challenges for youth in Europe today.
