I am in the Social Finance team and lead the Housing for All project. We are using social finance and impact investment instruments to support building new affordable and social housing markets and ecosystems in Central and Eastern European Countries.

I started in conventional real estate and gradually shifted toward impact. I worked in investment and later led sustainable finance for an international developer before doing impact investing in the ERSTE Family. My role on the European Commission’s Housing Advisory Board helps me to find win-win solutions for the private, public and philanthropic sector.

I am constantly inspired by our Social Banking and Social Finance colleagues across countries, who take on the challenging task of driving change locally: building trust, convincing stakeholders, and turning impact ambitions into reality every day.
