As Project Manager in the Europe and Democracy division, I design, implement, and manage projects, initiatives, and events that promote democracy and European integration. My work also focuses on analysing current social and political developments and applying strategic foresight to identify emerging challenges and opportunities for action.

Before joining ERSTE Foundation in November 2024, I served as Programme Manager at the European Forum Alpbach, where I curated the foreign and security policy programme. Previously, I worked as a Policy Advisor in the European Parliament, gaining first-hand experience of European policymaking.

My passion for Europe and politics has been a constant throughout my academic and professional journey, beginning with my studies in International Relations at the College of Europe and Political Science in Vienna.
