Johanna Mair is Director of the School of Transnational Governance and Professor of Organizations, Institutions, and Societal Transformation at the European University Institute in Florence. Her research focuses on organizational and governance forms that enable economic, social, and democratic progress, and she has served on the Supervisory Board of ERSTE Foundation since 2024.
