Ticket sales for the democracy festival Mitmacht 2026 x reCampaign have officially started.

Mitmacht is a festival dedicated to strengthening democracy through collective strategies. From 23 to 26 September, the German-speaking democracy community will gather in Berlin to exchange ideas, inspire one another and share experiences. The festival creates space to explore key questions: How can we better align our approaches and strategies? What can we learn from one another? And how can we move into collective action?

In 2026, Mitmacht will take place in cooperation with reCampaign, uniting collective strategy and campaigning practice to spark movement.

Who is it for?

The festival brings together people from civil society, media, business, public administration and politics along with engaged citizens who care about a strong democracy.

What to expect: 

Participants can look forward to over 60 panels, keynotes and workshops, alongside a diverse arts and cultural programme featuring democracy actors from across the DACH region.

When? 

Mitmacht 2026 x reCampaign begins on Wednesday, 23 September at 2 pm with a soft launch and concludes on Saturday, 26 September at 12 o’clock.
