My focus is on creating content that connects people, ideas, and institutions around democratic values. From strategy to storytelling, I turn complex topics into clear, engaging messages that resonate across borders.

I've moved around quite a bit. Living, studying and working in various countries has truly enriched my experience and significantly shaped my professional growth. Before joining ERSTE Foundation in 2008, I worked with the OSCE Mission to Serbia, supporting the country's democratic reforms. Whether it was opening the Parliament to the public or working on a security sector reform, I was dedicated to making a positive impact in every role.

I'm inspired by the actions of Serbian students today. With determination, creativity, and a strong sense of civic responsibility, they are standing up for democratic values. Their commitment to transparency, accountability and the rule of law is restoring democratic hope in a country that has seen too little of it in the past years. At a time when many European countries face democratic decline, these protests are a powerful reminder of the importance of civic engagement.
