As part of the Social Finance, Impact Investment and Financial Literacy team, my work at ERSTE Foundation is focused on the grant management of projects we support. I take care of the administrative processes and I like to be in close contact with our project partners. Furthermore, I am involved in organizing events that bring together stakeholders from across our network.

During and after my psychology studies I worked in different areas, one of them being film production at ZONE Media in Vienna. In 2012, right after my maternity leave, I got the opportunity to work on cultural projects in ERSTE Foundation (Igor Zabel Award). An important experience was the shift to social projects and my involvement in ERSTE Foundation Award for Social Integration, a project to award and promote the work of non-profit organizations in 13 CEE countries.
