One of the main goals of the ERSTE Foundation is to strengthen financial health in our region. In this context, we see economic and financial education as part of successful life planning for every individual. At the ERSTE Foundation, I work with our partners to provide relevant knowledge to strengthen the economic and financial literacy of our target groups in CEE. I am convinced that this can contribute to improving resilience and positive development in society.

Before joining the ERSTE Foundation in July 2025, I held various management positions in the financial education, innovation and digitalisation departments of the Erste Group since 2007. Other stages of my professional career include managing the Vienna Stock Exchange Academy and implementing financial sector education projects for development banks in Asia and Eastern Europe.
