The focus of my work at ERSTE Foundation lies in providing administrative support to our team – from office management and assisting with the operation of the library to helping organize and support events. It is precisely this variety that makes my role so special to me: I work closely with people and support different areas of our foundation.

During my studies in International Relations, I learned early on how essential strong democratic structures and social participation are. My professional experience includes working as a research assistant at the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, completing a Robert Schuman Traineeship at the European Parliament’s Liaison Office in Vienna, and later working as an office assistant in Group Retail Risk Management at Erste Group.

Since February 2025, I have been part of ERSTE Foundation. The foundation is committed to strengthening democratic principles, financial health, and independence in a sustainable way – and I am glad to continue working together with the ERSTE Foundation team to help achieve these goals and make a positive impact on the lives of many people in our region.
