In today’s fast-changing world, many societal challenges remain unsolved, and traditional solutions often fall short. To drive meaningful change, we must rethink existing perspectives, deepen our understanding of societal problems and foster collaboration. At the Digital and Social Innovation division, we build infrastructures that empower civil society actors to develop innovative (digital) social solutions and co-create specific solutions with civil society. By supporting transformative ideas and strengthening social inclusion, we contribute to a more resilient and forward-thinking society.

Throughout my career, I have bridged disciplines, cultures and languages to drive societal transformation. With a background in entrepreneurship and innovation, I led the Social Impact Award and supported the ERSTE Foundation Award for Social Integration. I then gained experience in designing educational and capacity-building programmes for social innovation, organisational development and leadership (NGO Academy). These experiences have shaped the way we built Two Next as a digital social innovation hub and Alles Clara as a digital social service.

I am inspired when organisations and sectors join forces, take ownership and create something truly meaningful—something that is only possible through mutual trust and respect. Listening to family caregivers at Alles Clara share how valuable our digital service is and observing our counsellors form a supportive community motivates me, proving time and again what we can achieve through true collaboration.
