In my role I support the organization to better understand the challenges we are addressing, where we can make the greatest contribution, and how we can use evidence and learning to improve our strategy and increase our impact over time. My work enables our divisions to identify and celebrate their impact, innovate smartly and scale effectively.

Over the past 20 years I directly led or consulted various social impact organisations on strategy, organizational development and scaling social impact. From leading a global youth development focused NGO, to supporting large business transformation efforts towards responsible business and scaling one of the world’s largest social enterprises, I always enjoyed building and growing impactful organisations working on the most important topics of our times.

I am inspired by thinkers such as Rutger Bregman and Mariana Mazzucato, but even more by the social entrepreneurs and changemakers I have worked with over the years. Their ability to bring people together around solutions that serve the common good reminds me that collaboration, not competition, is often our most powerful tool for addressing complex societal challenges.
