Social Integration
ERSTE Foundation promotes the development of an inclusive and participatory society in Europe. Our projects create the conditions for people to shape their own lives and contribute to building fairer and cohesive societies. Therefore our activities address themselves specifically to people in difficult life situations and on the margins of society. We develop ideas and concepts to increase social participation and to ensure that no-one is left out, whatever their circumstances. The building of social capital creates more equal and therefore stable societies with better chances for everybody. The promotion of social commitment is an integral part of our work.
