Projects
The project “Learning for Life”, initiated by the KomenskýFond of ERSTE Foundation, pursues the following objectives:
• Helping people gain access to educational programmes to prevent them from slipping into poverty. Education considerably enhances their prospects in life.
• Improvement and further development of life perspectives through education.
• Contributing to social and ethnic coherence in Europe. Education increases and encourages social competency and the peaceful coexistence of different ethnic groups.
• Supporting of social competence and different ethnic’s cohabit through education.
To achieve the project objective, subprojects have been implemented in the following countries: Austria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Moldova, Romania, Serbia, the Slovak Republic and Ukraine.
