Alida Vračić is a political scientist and co-founder and executive director of think tank Populari. She holds a Law degree from the University of Sarajevo and Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz. She also holds a master in International Public Policy from the University College London and in Executive Education for non-government executives at the Kennedy School of governance in Harvard. Prior to founding Populari, Alida worked for the State Court prosecutor’s team in Bosnia and at the Human Rights Commission within the Constitutional Court of Bosnia. She regularly presents her work at all major European capitals and has been cited as a regional expert in numerous Balkan and European media. She is a Europe’s Futures Fellow at the Institute for Human Sciences (IWM) in Vienna for the period 2019/2020.
