Who are the partners? Who can become a customer of Die Zweite Sparkasse? This question is answered by the partner organisations, which offer counselling and support services to people in financial distress. As professional NGOs they have also contributed to the development of this project:  Caritas The charity Caritas helps and supports people in crisis situations, during illness or disability, and after accidents or catastrophes, regardless of their social, national or religious affiliations. www.caritas.at  Schuldnerberatungen Debt counselling services help individuals, families and households living with debt to help themselves get out of debt or to minimise their debt burden. www.schuldnerberatung.at In Vienna (and, presumably, at additional locations), these partners also include the following four organisations which recommend to Die Zweite Sparkasse people whom they are responsible for and who are in need of such an account:  Stadt Wien, Magistratsabteilung 40 The municipal authority, MA 40, of the city of Vienna assists people in social distress. www.wien.gv.at/ma40  Verein Dialog Dialog offers counselling, support and treatment to people with addiction problems and their families and helps them find their way back to a more orderly life. It also helps them to find a job or vocational training. www.dialog-on.at  Verein NEUSTART NEUSTART helps offenders regain a foothold in society and ensures victims receive compensation and apologies from the offenders. www.neustart.at  Wiener Hilfswerk Wiener Hilfswerk provides support and counselling to people in different situations.
