Grey Gold – Czech and Slovak femal artists over 65+
Grey Gold, an exhibition at the Brno House of Arts is focusing on the current work of established and less well-known Czech and Slovak female artists over the age of 65. It will be opened on 29 April at 6 pm by Terezie Petišková, director of the Brno House of Arts, introduced by Vendula Fremlová and Anna Vartecká, the curators of this show.
The exhibition reminds us of the exceptional artistic contribution made by female artists to the process of forming modern culture. Discussions with the artists on the role of artistic creativity in the life of female artists as they grow older will serve as the common link through the variegated range of works of art.
