54th edition of October Salon in Belgrade

From 11 October until 17 November the 54th October Salon – a collaborative project of the Cultural Center Belgrade and the feminist curatorial collective Red Min(e)d – is presenting the international contemporary art exhibition No One Belongs Here More Than You, featuring works by 40 artists.
Established in 1960, October Salon is a representative yearly exhibition in Belgrade that has been promoting only artists from Serbia until 2004. Since then it turned into an international event to start a dialogue with the international art scene.
Since its beginning, the group Red Min(e)d with its activities and research contributes to a better understanding, visibility and feasibility of feminist art and art by women artists from the (post)Yugoslav space and beyond.
