17. Wiener Architektur Kongress: Balkanology. New Architecture And Urban Phenomena in Southeast Europe

At the 17th Vienna Architecture Congress a number of architects, urbanists and urban development experts from Southeast Europe will be present. The programme features lectures and discussions, including a speech from Edi Rama, mayor of the city of Tirana, on Saturday.
